Aerial Yoga

Please read carefully before attending class

Class Description:

Aerial Yoga uses a yoga hammock to move through yoga and other poses. These classes include a variety of elements, including stretching, balance, inversions, and strengthening. The aerial yoga sling can be used as a prop, similar to blocks, straps, and yoga chairs. The first use of yoga slings can be dated back to late yoga master BKS Iyengar, in his studio in Pune, India.
