Aerial Yoga
Please read carefully before attending class
Class Description:
Aerial Yoga uses a yoga hammock to move through yoga and other poses. These classes include a variety of elements, including stretching, balance, inversions, and strengthening. The aerial yoga sling can be used as a prop, similar to blocks, straps, and yoga chairs. The first use of yoga slings can be dated back to late yoga master BKS Iyengar, in his studio in Pune, India.
Class Details (Please read carefully before attending class. No refunds will be given.)
As class space is limited, you must sign up online in advance to ensure your hammock for class.
The weight limit for each hammock is 275 pounds.

T-shirt or long sleeve shirts are required for class to protect the fabric from deodorant, lotions, oils, etc. Please refrain from wearing any jewelry that may snag on the fabric.
If you get motion sickness, we recommend bringing a ginger-ale or dramamine :) we have ginger chews in the studio.
