This is an all-levels acroyoga class. Bring a partner or bring yourself! If possible, please sign up for class on our website to sign our virtual waiver. This class is $10 cash or $12 CC.

What is Acro? “Acroyoga is a physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics. Acroyoga includes many types of partner and group acrobatics in which at least someone is lifted. As such it also draws on traditions of circus arts, cheer-leading, and dance acro.”

Align & Flow

This all-levels class builds heat while focusing on exploring alignment to deepen the postures safely and effectively for each body. Emphasis is on precise instruction with many options for both beginners and those who wish to deepen their practice.


Ashtanga

Ashtanga yoga is based on sun salutations and follows sequencing of postures within six different series. This practice focuses on coordinating breathing and motion, linking a breath to each movement. One of the main goals of Ashtanga is to establish a consistent daily practice, making this class perfect for anyone looking to add more structure to their daily routine.


Barre & Yoga

Barre is a group fitness class that incorporates the techniques of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. This class uses low impact, high intensity movements to focus on cardio and strength training. In this class, students will flow through vinyasas, stretching and strengthening the muscles. We will then incorporate barre moves that create the cardio intensive workout that everyone loves. Tone your muscles and release tensions with this dynamic workout.


Buti

Buti is a practice that incorporates pops of dance, movement and cardio conditioning. It was created by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold, and provides a cardio intensive, dynamic practice. The movements in this class are designed to encourage the development of body confidence, and help us fall in love with ourselves and our workout. This is a practice that will support each student in breaking through emotional and physical barriers. This class is heated.


Community Yoga

Soak up the support that the universe has to offer with this class designed for all levels. Connecting with self & a sense of community, this class will provide space for thoughtful movement, breath and reflection. Teachers will offer modifications to common poses, while also encouraging students to safely achieve moderate poses. Community Yoga provides a safe, non-competitive environment that creates an ideal class for every body.

This class is donation based, in an effort to provide yoga to our entire community. A portion of all proceeds are donated to local non-profits.


Desert Dance

This zesty class incorporates primal movements, intuitive dance, and cardio pops. In Desert Dance, you will be encouraged to embody the wild power of the desert.  We urge you to dance, move, and sweat; through an expansive and uninfluenced practice. We motivate our students to rise through the fire of desert-like heat to become stronger and unreserved. This is a practice that will support each student in breaking through emotional and physical barriers, and fall in love with themselves & their workout.



Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a form of yoga that places emphasis on strength and flexibility. Our Power Yoga classes include vinyasa flows, holding static poses and the practice of complex poses. Teachers have flexibility to teach classes in any order, making this a fun class that is different every time. Power Yoga will build internal heat, increase flexibility and create strength. Our Power Yoga, Heated classes are 80-90 degrees.


Pranayama + Meditation

This class focuses on breath work and meditation. Pranayama is a breathing exercise that centers on clearing physical and emotional blockages in our body to free the breath. This ultimately allows the prana (life energy) to flow freely. The class ends with a Nidra practice. Nidra is a Sanskrit word that means "sleep". Nidra is a meditation practice that produces a state of deep, but conscious, relaxation.


Yin & Restorative

Come shake the day off in this revitalizing restorative class. We will begin by moving through gentle yoga postures that get the blood flowing and muscles warmed. Students are then led in to a state of relaxation, by moving in to yin & restorative poses. This class is perfect for beginners, and anyone who is looking for a gentle yoga class that incorporates intentional movements, deep stretches and restful postures.


Vin + Yin

Our VinYin Yoga classes incorporate the best of two worlds: invigorating Vinyasa flows and deep Yin stretches. The Vinyasa flows aim to circulate blood throughout the body and to the muscles, allowing the joints to fully release during the Yin stretches. This class is perfect for beginners and advanced students.


Vinyasa [Warm]

Vinyasa is an all-levels class that leads students through invigorating, Vinyasa flows. These sequences awaken not only the body, but also the mind and spirit. This class will encourage students to find personal modifications, while seeking their fullest expression of every pose. The temperature for this class is set to 70-80 degrees.


Yoga for Flexibility

Yoga for Flexibility is our longest running class. In the past it been called Yoga for Athletes and Athletes Recovery Yoga. We've changed the name recently to ensure that everyone knows that you don't have to be an Athlete to benefit from this class. This is an all-levels class that aims to help individuals build flexibility, by gently stretching the deep tissue. We invite Athletes, non-Athletes, Advanced Yogis and Beginners to join this class that is perfect for every body.
