Studying under Natasha Rizopolous of Down Under Yoga in Boston, MA deeply influenced Amanda’s style, which is centered around alignment and accessibility. Amanda combines alignment cues, playful energy and a passion to serve others to create classes that are safe and accessible and encourage students to deeply connect with themselves, in both mind and body.

Amanda’s classes range from traditional vinyasa to restorative. She is a certified pre-natal instructor, and is currently enrolled in a 300 hour trauma yoga certification program. At the end of 2024 she will have over 500 hours of teaching certifications. She is a life long learner who strives to evolve her knowledge and her classes. Anna Wold / Instructor

I’m a Yoga instructor that would like to help others enjoy the practice as much as I do. I first started practicing yoga in college. I needed movement and flexibility in my life and fell in love with the way yoga changed the way I felt physically and mentally after my first session. I have practiced with both online yoga videos and in person studios. Recently I completed both the 200 hour and 500 hour yoga certification course work. My goal with a Yoga practice to quiet my mind, build strength and flexibility, and encourage community on and off the mat. Practicing yoga has improved my posture, helped me to be thinking in the present, and encouraged better breathing practices. I look forward to practicing yoga with you!

Crystal Bunch / Instructor (she/her)

Crystal discovered yoga in 1999 when she was pregnant with her son. She was searching for a way to help her body feel good as it prepared itself for the childbirth journey.  Yoga was not available in her area at that time so she would find yoga programs on TV and later the internet. Crystal quickly realized that yoga was not only good for my body, but also my mind. She continued to practice over the years mainly on her own, but also in studios as she would travel. When she moved to Moab, Utah Crystal became a regular student at the local studio. She met an instructor at the studio who introduced her to Inbody Academy, where she would eventually study and complete her 200 YTT program.  The teacher training program touched on many yoga styles; Restorative, Gentle, Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin, and Yin. The course had many different teachers with many different specialties. Crystal became so intrigued by the academy and what she was learning that she enrolled in a 200 Hour Mindfulness Program which, was completed in October of 2020. Crystal is so grateful for her education, and now instructs yoga on a daily basis. For Crstyal, yoga is about the balance between mental and physical wellbeing. Her classes combine both Mindfulness and Asanas to bring together the mind and body with breath. She currently instructs Gentle Yoga, Hatha, and Restorative Classes. Crystal believes yoga is for all ages and all body types, therefore she offers many variations to make poses available to anyone who is willing to join her on the mat

Monika Stankovičová / Instructor

Monika's love for sports and body activities began during high school in Slovakia. She studied sport and health coaching. However, it was her first yoga class in 2013 that ignited a deep passion within her. She continued her yoga studies in Portugal and the USA, and is currently working on her licenses for Face Yoga. Monika completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and believes that yoga is for everyone and is a non-competitive practice. She believes that Yoga allows individuals to experience a profound connection of mind, body, and soul. Monika also recognizes the importance of mindfulness and breathing in the practice of yoga. She also enjoys paddleboarding, mountain biking, hiking, canyoneering, and learning to ride her dirt bike.
